Future Transformation is a values-led not-for-profit dedicated to bridging the skills, productivity, and inequality gaps in the tech sector. Based in Bradford, we collaborate with businesses, educational institutions, and communities to offer bespoke programmes and opportunities that empower individuals with the skills and qualifications needed for tech careers. Our initiatives include cyber security, AI, coding, and STEM outreach, reaching over 50,000 students. We prioritise inclusivity, climate action, social cohesion, sustainability, health, and local collaboration. Key partners include DSIT, Space Hub Yorkshire, and the National Science and Media Museum. Our mission is to create a balanced and equal society by driving awareness and providing pathways to tech opportunities, thereby transforming the future of work, communities, and personal lives.
