Since launching in 2022 we have rapidly grown, winning Bradford’s New Business of the Year 2023 and expanding globally, working with clients across Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Israel, Poland, Romania and Ireland.  Our expertise has supported organisations in the private, public and charity sectors and we are proud to be an Employer Partner of Bradford College, helping to place PMO on the Further Education Map for the first time.

Through the Prospect Change Academy, in partnership with Bradford College, we bridge the gap between education and PMO, offering training, employment opportunities and community support.  We believe that all organisations have a responsibility to bridge the gap between education and employment, and we are prepared to lead the way in playing our part for PMO.  Guided by our motto, “Making Change Simple”, we focus on reducing stress, preventing change fatigue and delivering lasting sucess.
